09/28/2009 We updated our website today, please let me know what you think. The companies main goal is to work with more lenders, attorneys, and home owners in our coverage areas. The slogan that we work by is "we find the value in your home" because with the home appraisal market in such turmoil and so many areas declared declining you need a unbiased third party to help you with your greatest asset...your home. We also want to be know for your 7 full time appraisers to be the "in contact" company that we are a phone or email away for you to get your answers.

In addition we want you to know that if one of our appraisers goes on vacation...your appraisal questions will still be answered and your appraisal will not have to wait it the appraiser returns from their vacation 2 weeks from when you need it done.
